Bend and Break had it's roots in a voice improvisation, during a sudden rain storm on a humid, late-summer night. As a collaboration with Irina Adam, artist and perfumer at Phoenix Botanicals, Bend and Break was influenced by her perfume, Ylang Llanas. The material resonated perfectly with the somnolent, dreamy richness of the scent.
